Kelly shares her talent in tax advisory and planning services, and will continue guiding the tax services area for the firm.
A forward-thinker, Kelly champions and pursues opportunities leading to the firm's overall growth. She boasts over 21 years of professional industry experience and is passionate about being a trusted advisor that helps clients feel good about their financial decisions.
Kelly is a CPA and holds a Personal Financial Specialist designation. She is an accounting graduate of Towson University and has a Masters In Taxation from University of Baltimore.

Megan oversees closely held business client consulting, and financial statement presentation and analysis for GRB&A.
As an integrated mentor, she enhances the education and development of the staff, and plays an integral role in the planning for our clients. Megan began her career at GRB&A over ten years ago. With a true loyalty to the firm’s future and its clients, Megan is an achieved partner at an early stage in her career. She is an accounting graduate of St. Joseph’s University and holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Loyola University Maryland.

Seema also manages the preparation of payroll tax returns and worker’s compensation audits. She is known for her commitment to clients and her ability to build an excellent rapport with them.
